A PRACTICE, NOT A PERFORMANCE

You don't have to be flexible.
Just open to beginning.

Yoga starts where you are. With the body you have today, the energy you bring, and a little curiosity about how it feels to slow down.

This is the spirit behind Lin Dodsworth Yoga: thoughtful movement, steady breathing and time to reconnect. Less pressure to achieve. More space to simply be.

Take the first step ↗

MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

Find a rhythm
that feels like you.

Some days call for movement.
Others call for a little more stillness.
There's room for both.

A LITTLE REMINDER

You don't need to touch your toes.
You just need to find your feet.

MOVEMENT · BREATH · CONNECTION

A softer start.
A steadier rhythm.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Come as you are.
Start from there.

No perfect outfit. No perfect pose. Just a willingness to give yourself a little time.

01

Find your starting point

Think about what you'd like from your practice: movement, quiet, or a little of each.

02

Keep it comfortable

Wear something you can move in. A mat and a little space are a good place to begin.

03

Let your practice unfold

Go gently, take breaks when you need them, and allow yourself to be a beginner.

Let's take the next step ↗
